When will I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. If you can't find that email, check your spam folder before contacting us.
My tracking number shows no information
This is normal in the first 48 hours. The carrier needs to scan your parcel at its first sorting hub before any status appears. If nothing has moved after 5 business days, get in touch and we'll look into it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 7 to 10 days, worldwide, with tracking from dispatch to your door. Shipping is free on every order.
