Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
EU right of withdrawal. Customers in the European Union may cancel their order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as provided by consumer law. This right applies in addition to the guarantee above.
Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations. Orders can be canceled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, the return process applies.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
