Shipping policy
Free worldwide shipping. Every order ships free, with tracking, to 237 countries.
Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time: 7 to 10 days from dispatch. Delays can happen during busy periods or customs clearance; these timelines are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
Tracking. Track your order anytime on our page. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs and duties. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or stolen parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
